Expansion Anchor Bolt

Available specifications:
Various anchor diameters, overall lengths, thread sizes, sleeve lengths, and washer and nut configurations are available according to requirements.

Material:
Stainless steel Grades 304 and 316, carbon steel, and other materials or grades can be supplied according to the required application and specification.

Construction:
Threaded bolt assembled with an expansion sleeve, washer, and hex nut. Tightening the nut expands the sleeve against the drilled hole to secure the anchor in the base material.

Surface:
Natural stainless steel finish, electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, or other surface treatments are available according to the selected material and requirements.

Performance:
Load capacity depends on the anchor dimensions, material grade, embedment depth, base material, hole preparation, edge distance, anchor spacing, and installation conditions. Testing requirements and certifications should be specified for load-critical applications.

Applications:
For fastening steel brackets, machinery bases, handrails, frames, supports, building components, and other fixtures to concrete or solid masonry. Stainless steel Grades 304 and 316 are available for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance.
