From Design to Shipment: Guidance Completes Its First Custom Manhole Cover Project

Guidance Corporation has completed the production, inspection, and shipment of its first custom-developed ductile iron manhole covers. The project covered both round and rectangular designs with A15 and B125 load classifications, finished with black asphalt paint and manufactured according to specific customer requirements.

Unlike conventional product sourcing, Guidance took an active role in product design, mold development, and production coordination, drawing on practical industry experience to turn customer requirements into finished products. With the shipment now on its way to the destination port, this project marks a further expansion of Guidance's capabilities in customized construction and infrastructure-related products.
